When I first started eating plant-based, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find any hearty, filling meals come winter-time.
Thankfully, I found an abundance of recipes, including these delicious soups, that well and truly filled the void that I thought could only be filled by chicken and sweetcorn soup!
